*Conditions of Refund: Refunds must be requested no later than 30 days. Refunds can only be requested via your PayPal account as PayPal was the payment processor and not Newfaces.com. You will have to login to PayPal and request a refund from PayPal. Refunds will only be given for gift certificates where the recipient has NOT activated their gift certificate and opened an online account at Newfaces.com; only gift certificates which have not been used will be refunded, and only if the refund request to PayPal is received no later than 30 days.
