 Post subject: what's your opinion of the Weight Watchers diet program? |

Hi - I'm hoping that any of you who have yourself used the Weight Watchers diet or know someone who has, can give me an opinion on what you think of it. Did it work, how long did it take to lose weight and was it a hard diet or complicated to follow. Do you think it would work for losing 25 pounds and how long would that take?
