If anyone ever tries to send you money BEFORE you do a job, then it's 100% a scam.

The logic is simple. Why would he pay when you haven't worked for him yet?

The scammer's common approach is to invite you to do photo shoots and send you a check. But what happens is that THE ORIGINAL MONEY SENT TO YOU IS A FAKE CHECK WHICH BOUNCES and you do not get that money, but yet he is asking you to immediately send him money (the remaining amount from your hairstyle and makeup expenses), which is therefore paid from your own money since you never actually will receive money from the scammer.
