"Friends" On The Big Screen

Following the success of Sex and the City on the big screen, another hit TV sitcom from the 90s will make it to box office.

Friends: The Movie will reunite six lead stars we have come to love since 1994: Jennifer Aniston as the fashion forward waitress Rachel Green, Courteney Cox as the obsessive-compulsive Monica Geller, Lisa Kudrow as the eccentric masseuse Phoebe Buffay, Matt LeBlanc as the struggling actor Joey Tribbiani, Matthew Perry as the sarcastic executive Chandler Bing, and David Schwimmer as the paleontologist Ross Geller.

Now in their 40s, these actors will be back on the same set for the first time since the show ended in 2004. The NBC series followed the lives of these six friends living together and share living expenses in a Manhattan apartment.

According to a movie source, "The cast haven't set the world alight since the show finished. But this film could relight some of their flagging careers in a big way. But everyone knew the story had to be right and well written. Getting the creators on board was a massive step forward for the project. The show did lose a lot of its shine in the last few seasons, but with the actors all in the forties it would be a real interest to see how their characters have developed."

Warner Brothers is willing to pay a fortune to the main cast who, on their final season, have been paid six figures for every episode and pulled 52.5 million American viewers and 10 million viewers in UK. The lead stars have also achieved household name celebrity status during the tenth and last season.

Some of the Friends cast have already expressed desire to play for its big screen debut.

Despite doubts, Lisa Kudrow is positive towards the project: "It would be so fun to be with all those people again. But our show was not like Sex and the City - ours was multi-camera, in front of a live audience. It's a completely different feel. You'd have to bring the tone down, and I don't know how it would be. I'll just stay open."

Even James Michael Tyler who played Central Perk coffee shop worker Gunther on the series says "Friends: The Movie is definitely on. I still keep in touch with a lot of the cast and they say that they are really keen. The one thing I can tell you is that I am definitely on board to do the film. I really loved my time on the show and I am looking forward to meeting up with the old gang again. I just hope we can do justice to the show in a film."

(James Michael Tyler was originally a nameless extra who made an impressive ten-year career on the series as the show's most-frequently-appearing guest star.)

Browser Beware: The Most Dangerous Celebrities On The Internet!

Internet security company McAfee Inc. has released this year's list of the most dangerous celebrities on the internet - those that when searched through their popular names return with links to sites infected with spywares, viruses, spams, phishing, and other malicious softwares (malwares).

Unfortunately for Jessica Biel fans, the vamp actress leads the survey. McAfee says that searches for "Jessica Biel," "Jessica Biel photos," "Jessica Biel videos" and "Jessica Biel screen savers" have a one in five chance of landing at a website tested positive for online threats.

Beyonce ranks number two on the survey. Putting "Beyonce ringtones" into a search engine has yielded a dangerous website linking to a distributor of adware and spyware.

Jennifer Aniston is on the third spot, with more than 40 percent of the Google search results for "Jennifer Aniston screensavers" containing nasty viruses.

Miley Cyrus, Ashley Tisdale, and Lindsay Lohan lead the list of most dangerous young celebrities, which also include Twilight stars Kristine Stewart (20th) and Robert Pattinson (30th), as well as Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift, Lauren Conrad, Vanessa Hudgens, and Zac Efron.

According to McAfee, web searches for President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama are still relatively safe - they are on the 34th and 39th spots.

See the list of 15 most dangerous celebrities below:

1. Jessica Biel
2. Beyonce
3. Jennifer Aniston
4. Tom Brady
5. Jessica Simpson
6. Gisele Bundchen
7. Miley Cyrus
8. Angelina Jolie; Megan Fox
9. Ashley Tisdale
10. Brad Pitt
11. Reese Witherspoon
12. Britney Spears
13. Rihanna
14. Lindsay Lohan
15. Kim Kardashian

This is the third year that McAfee consecutively surveys A-list celebrities who are riskiest to tract on the internet. Brad Pitt has topped last year's most dangerous celebrities while Paris Hilton has led the survey in 2007.

The way that Jeff Green, Senior Vice President of McAfee Avert Labs, sees it:

"Cybercriminals are star watchers too - they latch onto popular celebrities to encourage the download of malicious software in disguise. Consumers' obsession with celebrity news and culture is harmless in theory, but one bad download can cause a lot of damage to a computer."

Obviously, the most dangerous stars are also those who are most popular today. That being said, celebrity news and controversies surrounding Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and Paris Hilton may have dwindled this year.

Being included in the list of most dangerous celebrities on the internet is not that bad after all - it assures stars they are famous (or at least to the majority of online surfers).

Forbes Most Powerful Celebrity And Actress Is Angelina Jolie

Forbes has released this year's Celebrity 100 list, ranking the world's most powerful celebrities from June 2008 to June 2009.

Angelina Jolie has made it to the top list, edging media maven Oprah Winfrey on the no. 1 spot for most powerful celebrities and snatching from Jennifer Aniston (not again!) the top spot for the most powerful actresses.

Angelina Jolie has made an estimated earning of $27 million last year, courtesy of her action movies Kung Fu Panda, Wanted, and the soon-to-released spy thriller Salt. The media attention from the birth of her twins, humanitarian efforts, and endless gossips and fashion citations have also contributed to her ranking.

Angelina Jolie's husband Brad Pitt ranked 9th on the list, thanks to constant media attention of his family life with the most powerful woman in the world and oh, his Academy Award nomination for doing the lead role in hit flick The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

Brad Pitt's former wife Jennifer Aniston is on the 8th spot with a $25 million-earning from romantic comedies Marley and Me and He's Just Not That Into You and from the media gossips on her on-again, off-again romance with John Mayer.

Top 10 Most Powerful Celebrities:

1. Angelina Jolie
2. Oprah Winfrey
3. Madonna
4. Beyonce Knowles
5. Tiger Woods
6. Bruce Sprinsteen
7. Steven Spielberg
8. Jennifer Aniston
9. Brad Pitt
10. Kobe Bryant

Top 10 Most Powerful Actresses:

3. Meryl Streep
4. Sarah Jessica Parker
5. Cameron Diaz
6. Sandra Bullock
6. Reese Witherspoon
8. Nicole Kidman
8. Drew Barrymore
10. Renee Zellweger

Forbes' 100 Most Powerful Celebrities is measured based on money and fame. Money is estimated from earnings made on films, television shows, endorsements, books and other entertainment ventures. Fame is calculated through Web hits on Google Blog Search, TV/radio mentions on LexisNexis, overall press mentions on Factiva, and the frequency of a celebrity's image appearance on the cover of 25 consumer magazines.

This 2009, Forbes' Celebrity 100 list couldn't help but admire La Jolie:

"She's rich. She's talented. She's beautiful. And now Angelina Jolie is the most powerful celebrity in the world."
