GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2009 - With Kate Moss

The GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2009 that took place at the Royal Opera House had been glitzy and controversial.

Aside from "celebrating the cream of the crop from the world of entertainment, politics, literature, film and music," it was also the event when supermodel Kate Moss turned up late, showed some legs, and stormed out of the ceremony cursing "I'm never coming back to these f*cking awards again."

The British supermodel, known for causing troubles here and there, was supposedly at the awards ceremony to present to pal Lily Allen the GQ's Woman of the Year honor.

People who attended the ceremony might have gotten excited for the guest appearance of someone like Kate Moss so that she became the subject of onstage jest from the evening's host, James Nesbitt. The Irish actor made a joke about her appearing naked on the cover of GQ. He also said, "She's still got it. I hope she has, I gave it to her before she came on... my number."

The jibe was not taken lightly by Kate Moss. She marched out of the awards fuming, "He's so f*cking rude! How very dare he? Do you know what, I'm never coming back to these f*cking awards again."

Kate Moss past straight through Dizzee Rascal's interview and later came back to ask "Has anyone seen my lipstick?"

The rapper later told the camera, "Kate Moss has lost her lipstick - f*cking disaster."

OK. So Kate Moss did steal lights and raised hell at the GQ Men of the Year Awards 2009. Still, the awarding ceremony continued and all 22 men, one woman and one television series were deemed worthy winners:
