Bar Refaeli: "I Don't Diet"
While the 24 year-old model and former Leonardo DiCaprio squeeze is not denying any of the cellphone-shot pictures, Bar Refaeli denies dieting and following an eating plan to maintain her amazing supermodel figure.

The sexy "woman with hips" talks about her secret in UK's Hello magazine:
"I don't diet and I don't have an eating plan, but I like to eat healthily. I don't deny myself anything and there's nothing I wouldn't eat. I like desserts — I like food full-stop but I exercise and I'm young, so everything keeps in check.
"I guess every girl has days where she feels good and days where she feels she could lose a couple of pounds and it's the same for me.
"I'm generally in pretty good shape, but if I have a major shoot or fashion show coming up and I want to look my best, then I'll spend a little extra time working out or I will stick to eating salads and chicken for a few days.
"I would never go on some crazy fad diet or eat anything weird to get thinner – it's just not good for your body."
Bar Refaeli is not the first supermodel that claims to not undergoing any diet plans and strict exercise routine. This "I don't diet" comment is, in fact, starting to become the new "beauty secret" of models and celebrities.
On one hand, it makes any ordinary person frets over the idea that a model's body is basically earned through superior genes. On the other, it encourages body acceptance and learning to have fun with the body that has been given to each of us. And then from there, develop healthy habits according to different body needs.

lots of girls who say "I don't diet" have more than meets the eye. She may work out three hours a day, she may eat small amounts of what she likes, she may not follow one particular diet or system per se, but that doesn't mean she isn't habitually and constantly monitoring and regulating her eating habits to make sure she maintains. Any girl older than 20 who says "I don't diet" is almost always trying to make things appear more effortless than most people would think from that phrase.
I agree, I mean her body is toned and so with this "i don't diet" stuff - ok then what do you do week to week ? Why can't they ever just tell us what they DO - instead of all the "oh I just don't diet." Ok.. then how many hours a day do you exercise ? what exercises do you do in your routine ? Do you eat 6 portioned meals a day ? So you eat pizza every week ? what exactly IS your diet day to day ?
I mean, give the rest of us some tips, some REAL, PRECISE/detailed tips then since you are living and breathing it.
not just "i don't diet" you must do something pretty darn right apart from good genes and a 'bit of exercise' or a 'few days of salad and chicken' or you would be on the biggest loser not the sports illustrated
