Personal Introduction

Blessings to one and all! My name is Henderson Kwame Dottin and I am originally from the island Barbados, which is a part of the Caribbean. I came to El Paso, Texas on a Track and Field Scholarship where I went on to be one of the top high jumpers in the nation, while competing for the University. I graduated from UTEP with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Minor in Spanish. I am currently a professional athlete representing Barbados and my goal is to qualify for this year's Olympic Games in China. Modeling was an area which I always had interest in, but never pursued. My friends and persons whom I came in contact with always encouraged me to give it a try. I finally decided to build a portfolio and look for the best website to showcase it on, in order to acquire opinions and opportunities from professionals in this business. I am a fast learner, a hard worker and a very determined individual who is looking forward to this opportunity to learn and grow in the area of modeling; my limits are unlimited. I also enjoy traveling, meeting people, looking for ways to continually develop personally, and helping in any area I possibly can. Something that makes me smile that comes from friends and strangers is that I resemble "Tyson Beckford" - I smile and say thank you :) when I receive this comment.
