MALE (mid-20s to mid-30s) Kent. Onstage role available, any ethnicity, has a way with the ladies, very competitive and smart, there is a real edge to him but he cannot be overtly smarmy, must be physically intimidating: tall, strong, muscular;
MALE (mid-20s) Understudy. covers Greg and Kent (see above)
MALE (mid-20s) Greg. CAST, understudy only, decent guy, working a factory job in suburban Chicago, reads a lot, more than his friends, thoughtful but has a habit of stepping in it;
FEMALE (mid-20s) Understudy. Covers Steph and Carly,
FEMALE (mid-20s) Steph. CAST, Midwestern, smart, her great figure is a real contrast to her face, she is not pretty, it’s an issue, casting personnel state, “We need a charismatic character actress with real depth,”
FEMALE (early to mid-30s) Carly. CAST, pretty, always has been, can’t remember a time when guys weren’t hitting on her, and it has made her guarded, smart, scrappy, outspoken, able to hold her own.
