2.) MALE (40s-50s; any ethnicity) - PAROLE OFFICER NORM. Rene's parole officer. Has being dealing with the likes of ex cons for years. Doesn't expect much. Follows the rules - he's totally by the book. Won't let his cons get an inch. Any ethnicity. Comic timing a must. GUEST STAR
