"The Saxophone Player" Is Casting Lead, Supporting, And Extras
Rockwell Pictures will be shooting "The Saxophone Player" in early January in the Detroit and Ann Arbor areas on Super 16mm film.
Synopsis:
"The Saxophone Player" is the story of Duncan Harper, a recently laid-off Detroit autoworker, who decides to pursue his passion of jazz as means of enjoyment and employment.
The film production of "The Saxophone Player" is casting for the following male, female, and child roles.

1.) MALE (50-60; African-American) - DUNCAN HARPER. 1st Male Lead. A laid-off Detroit autoworker who finds a means of self-betterment and contentment through playing his saxophone. Saxophone talent is preferred but not a requirement;
2.) MALE (25-30; African-American) - PAUL ROGERS, 2nd Male Lead. A jazz club employee and trumpet player. Trumpet talent is preferred but not a requirement;
