Personal Introduction
Hi! My name is Ashley. I have opened this New Faces account with the hope that it would bring me closer to my dream of being a model, actor and dancer. I am a honor roll Sophomore at Gulfport High School. My school activities include Cheer Leading, Diamond Girls Club, Reading Fair Winner, Annual Staff, Lip Sinc Talent Show and elected school Beauty. Other interest include traveling, snow skiing, snow boarding and swimming.
I dance with the Gulf Coast School of Performing Arts. I have been a dancer with the company for four years. I have had many wonderful opportunities traveling and performing around the United States. Some of my favoriate cities have been Los Angeles, Hollywood, New York City, Houston, Denver, Atlanta and Orlando.
In the summer of 2007 the dance company and I participated in "JUMP" the national competition held in New York City and had the privilege of preforming at Radio City Music Hall. This summer I will be traveling back to New York City to participate in a week long dance intensive work shop at The Broadway Dance Center and then to Hollywood to attend classes at The Edge Dance Center.
I am also an active member of my youth group at Trinity United Methodist Church. We will be in New Orleans for a week this summer to assist in the rebuilding of areas devestated by Hurricane Katrina. Along with my activies I also work part time at Primary Care Medical Center to help support my dream of building a career as a model, actor and dancer.
I am very committed and have a passion to succed. I will work hard to take full advantage of every opportunity I am fortunate enough to have. MY DREAM IS A FUTURE IN THE MODELING AND ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS!!
